① Destination of life
What are you living for and what are you aiming for now? If you just live in a vague manner without any goals, you may be dissatisfied with your life or have an unfamiliar anxiety.
If you don't go to a more specific place, you'll feel like you're driving a car like "let's go over there for the time being" without putting the destination in the car navigation system.
Isn't it just like running while freaking out if you're going to run out of gas instead of going anywhere?
What do you want to be today, a year later?
The destination of life is not the goal of life. I feel like plotting the passing points of my life that I want to be.
Set the destination (self you want to be) of "self one year later", "self five years later", and "self ten years later" in the car navigation system of your life, and run toward the destination.
There is a clear destination, so there is no doubt about where to go. You may get lost on the way, but it's okay because it's clear where you're going. Before you run out of gas, you can search for a route while searching for a refueling point on the way.
However, it is dangerous if you do not set the destination to "where you can go".
"I want to be a millionaire" or "I want to be a rock star", I'm not saying it's 100% impossible, but it takes a lot of effort and time to realize it. It's like setting your destination to the South Pole, how much preparation, training, funding and assistance you need to get there.
① Set the destination and ② you can see the means
I myself quit the company and became free, but it didn't happen all at once, but the human relations of the company became unreasonable and I quit with momentum and started working as an individual with "What should I do?" However, even at that time, I was just wandering around without a goal or destination.
What do you want to be? When I thought, I thought, "I want to do what I like when I want." Is it a free occupation? I mean, I'm trying to do various things at my own discretion, so I want to get up at my own pace, work at my own pace, rest at my own pace, and live at my own pace! To that end, we first set a specific destination. When I wrote down the specific means of earning monthly income and income, my feelings at that time, etc., I could see the meaning of what I am doing now and what I have to do in the future. That is "② means" .
There is a purpose and a means. When you think about it, it's quite natural, and instead of "cutting vegetables because you have a kitchen knife," you say "use a kitchen knife because you cut vegetables."
Because there is a destination in life, the means to reach it is automatically selected. Even if you don't know the means, you should find it if the purpose is clear. You should be looking for it unknowingly.
③ Mental
There is a destination, there are means, so everything in life is OK! I can't say that. You can't get there without a strong mentality in yourself.
"Can I do it?" "I can't do it" "Maybe it's impossible" "What to do if I fail" "I'm worried" "It's okay to stay as it is" "I'm not doing bad things" etc. I can think of any reason why I don't do negative things like that. I think there are people who are the same.
In other words, if you don't have a strong will to "get to your destination" and a mentality that dispels your negative self, you may not be able to start, or you may be frustrated by encountering difficulties. ..
Maintaining the status quo cannot move forward
I mentioned earlier that the means will be selected automatically, but it is the "means not to do" that is automatically selected for negative emotions with anxiety. In order to get a way to reach your destination, you can find a way to do it by putting anxiety and tension on your side and acquiring a strong mentality.
"Change is fun" instead of "change is scary". To that end, I think it would be good to make small changes little by little and accumulate "successful experiences", so I try to challenge myself little by little. Small changes are rather okay. Then suddenly I will invest about 1 million yen! I can't do that because I'm too scared, but I can challenge a small investment of several thousand yen for my own growth. I bought a book and read it.
This article I'm writing now is also 100% book sales, and I'm writing it because I want to use what I read as my own food.
I read books, increase my knowledge, practice and act because I want to change myself. I don't know if it will work, but maybe it will work. If you don't think so, you can't act. Thinking that way, maybe my mentality became a little stronger.
