Humans originally have negative emotions
Human beings are creatures that can predict the future, so they are said to have negative emotions to avoid a crisis. In order to detect and avoid the possibility of life-threatening, it is more likely that we will survive by considering what may happen and the possibility that bad things will occur as a result of our actions. Having survived that way since the early days, it's only natural to think of things badly.
Therefore, it is natural for humans to feel anxiety and fear, and it is more problematic not to feel it.
Since I became depressed, I have almost no negative feelings of anxiety, fear, and despair for the future, and of course I try to do something, even when I meet someone. Even if it was a friend, I was just thinking about the possibility of bad things happening, such as "I'm not going to fail" or "I'm not going to be hated".
Depressed people will feel a little relieved to know that it is unavoidable to fall into negative emotions because "it is natural to feel anxiety and fear". It's not a "wrong feeling", it's just a disease that tends to be more negative than others.
What is resilience?
"Resilience" was originally used in environmental science to describe the "restoring force" of ecosystems against environmental changes. It has begun to be used in modern psychology as a term for a person's "mental resilience."
According to the dictionary, "the ability to elastically return to the original shape" and "the ability to withstand difficult situations and recover quickly" are psychologically used as the latter. The American Psychological Association describes resilience as "the mental strength and psychological process of adapting in the face of adversity, trouble, and fishing stress."
Meanwhile, I learned from a book how to train this "resilience". This is not a method of treating depression, and it may be said that it is a self-development psychology widely used in the business world, but is it also effective for depression? I think.

・
Some excerpts that make use of your strengths , as described above It is a book that has various contents, but from this book as an approach to depression
The idea of accepting "negative" without denying it and passing it off
Is it possible to wear? It is considered.
Not everything that is written is useful for depression as it is not an established method of treating depression, and for some people with depression, such as "learning meaning from painful experiences" There are some difficult issues like pouring oil, but I think you can ignore them so that you don't overdo it. I'm depressed as a result of my painful experience.
I myself read this book and it made me feel a little lighter, and I think there is such a way of thinking. I think we can also be positive about the treatment of depression.
I will introduce articles on how to be strong against adversity and how to get lucky, so please read it if you like.
