Even if it was a friend, I was just thinking about the possibility of bad things happening, such as &#8220;I&#8217;m not going to fail&#8221; or &#8220;I&#8217;m not going to be hated&#8221;.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span>Depressed people will feel a little relieved to know that it is unavoidable to fall into negative emotions because &#8220;it is natural to feel anxiety and fear&#8221;.\u00a0It&#8217;s not a &#8220;wrong feeling&#8221;, it&#8217;s just a disease that tends to be more negative than others.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<h2><span class=\"st-dash-design\"><span>What is resilience?<\/span><\/span><\/h2>\r\n<p><span>&#8220;Resilience&#8221; was originally used in environmental science to describe the &#8220;restoring force&#8221; of ecosystems against environmental changes.\u00a0It has begun to be used in modern psychology as a term for a person&#8217;s &#8220;mental resilience.&#8221;<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span>According to the dictionary, &#8220;the ability to elastically return to the original shape&#8221;
