If you are depressed and can't do anything, just do one thing and let's say OK

It's cold this morning and it's hard to get out of the bed.

I hate myself because I can't even get up in the morning.

I think there is (ー `д ー ´)

The temperature suddenly drops, and on rainy days it becomes depressing. People with depression tend to relapse.

My body is reacting, "Today is a bad day," and when I look outside, it rains, and I am convinced that "That's right ...". The pattern.

Because I'm depressed, my work doesn't progress at all, and there are things I have to do, but my body and head don't work as I expected, and I blame myself for that!

I often do that too, not just you 🙆‍♂️

But after all, I have to do my best!

When I'm depressed and I can't do anything, I do this

Just one, anything, small things are fine, set one goal and achieve it!

For example, sending an email like "What are you doing?" To estranged customers and friends.

I write one blog because it can be short.

Push-ups 10 times.

Like vacuuming.

Do your best to achieve what you can do.

Then it will not be a wasteful day without doing anything!

You are great if you can move your life forward even a little!

You are great if you can decide for yourself!

So it's okay to be confident 🙆‍♂️

If you think about it, you can do it, and if you feel confident about what you can do and you can do something else, do it!

Of course you don't have to do any more!

You are great if you can do just one!

You don't have to rush ♡
